This policy describes how TV Remote Control handles information when you use TV controls, local-media casting, IPTV tools, advertising and optional Google Play purchases. The app does not require an app account.

Information processed on your device

Saved TVs, names, local IP addresses, platform details, pairing credentials/certificates, remote settings, language and interface preferences are stored in the app’s private storage. They let you reconnect and control compatible TVs.
Playlists you add, channel names, stream URLs and relevant playback information are stored locally. Artwork from your playlists may be cached. The app does not upload your saved TV list or playlists to a developer account service.
The system photo picker grants access to photos or videos you choose. The app does not request broad photo/video library access. Audio-library access is requested only to browse music; you can refuse it and choose an individual file instead.
A limited connection log is held in memory and may include TV names, local addresses and protocol/error details. It is shared only if you explicitly choose the share action and a destination. Inspect the text before sending it.

Local network and media transfers

The app discovers TVs and receivers using local-network protocols such as SSDP/mDNS and communicates with compatible devices over HTTP, WebSocket or protocol-specific connections. Pairing information and remote commands are sent to the TV you connect to. When you cast a selected file, a temporary local HTTP server makes that file available to the receiving device on your network. The receiver receives media and associated information such as its title and type. These local protocols are not all encrypted; use a trusted network. Media is not uploaded to a developer media-storage service by this casting flow.

Google Cast uses Google’s Cast services and the selected receiver. Screen mirroring is delegated to the phone’s system casting settings; any capture, device selection and related permissions are handled by that system. No microphone or camera permission is requested by this app.

Internet requests and external services

The IPTV player only uses playlists and stream URLs supplied by you; the app provides no channel catalogue. Playback, playlist import and artwork downloads connect to your supplied URLs and URLs contained in your playlists. Those hosts receive connection data such as your IP address, requested URL, time and HTTP/device information. Their handling and retention are governed by their own practices. A playlist URL may contain credentials; do not share it publicly. User-supplied or TV URLs may use unencrypted HTTP. The developer does not operate an in-app account or cloud-backup service.

Advertising and consent

The app uses Google Mobile Ads (GMA Next-Gen SDK) and Google’s User Messaging Platform for consent where required. Google’s advertising services may collect and share IP address (including an estimate of general location), advertising ID/app set or other device/account identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic/performance information. These are used for advertising, measurement/analytics and fraud prevention. This SDK data is sent using TLS. This does not mean that every TV or user-selected stream connection is encrypted.

Consent choices are presented when required. The app’s privacy screen offers advertising privacy choices when Google requires them. You may also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. PRO access removes advertising while the entitlement is active. The app does not include a separate analytics SDK; Google’s advertising SDK still processes measurement and diagnostic data. See Google Privacy Policy and Google ad controls.

Purchases

Google Play Billing processes optional subscriptions and lifetime purchases. The app queries product details, purchase state, identifiers and purchase tokens/signatures to determine PRO access and acknowledge purchases. It does not receive payment-card details or your Google password. Purchase tokens are not written to connection logs or persisted by the app. Google retains purchase records under its policies. You can manage subscriptions in Google Play; uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Permissions

Internet and network/Wi-Fi state: discovery/control, media, ads, consent and billing.
Wi-Fi multicast: discover compatible local receivers.
Infrared transmission: send remote commands on phones with IR hardware.
Vibration: remote-button feedback.
Wake lock: keep playback active while needed.
READ_MEDIA_AUDIO on Android 13+, or READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE on Android 12 and earlier: browse the audio library. Photo/video selection uses a system picker without broad media permissions.
Basic phone/network state: a normal permission added by Google’s advertising SDK. Advertising ID and Google Play billing permissions are also supplied by their SDKs.

Sharing, retention and deletion

Transfers occur to selected TVs/receivers, user-selected playlist/stream/artwork hosts, Google’s advertising/consent/Cast/Play services, and a destination you explicitly choose for sharing. There is no automatic upload of connection logs to the developer. If you email support, we receive the information you provide and use it to handle your request.

Saved TVs and playlists remain until you remove them in the app or clear the app’s storage/uninstall it. Cached files may be removed by Android or by clearing app storage. The in-memory connection log ends with the app process. Android cloud backup is disabled for app data. Removing app data does not delete records held by Google, content hosts, your TV or recipients of shared material. Their retention periods are controlled by those parties. Contact the address above for questions or deletion requests about information sent to developer support; we retain correspondence only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. No in-app account exists to delete.

Age, changes and contact

Bu politika TV kumandası, yerel medya yayını, IPTV araçları, reklamlar ve isteğe bağlı Google Play satın almalarında verilerin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. Uygulama hesabı oluşturmanız gerekmez.

Cihazda işlenen bilgiler

Kaydedilen TV’ler, cihaz adları, yerel IP adresleri, platform bilgileri, eşleştirme anahtarları/sertifikaları, kumanda ayarları, dil ve arayüz tercihleri uygulamanın özel depolama alanında tutulur. Bunlar yeniden bağlantı ve kontrol için kullanılır.
Eklediğiniz oynatma listeleri, kanal adları, yayın bağlantıları ve ilgili oynatma bilgileri yerelde tutulur. Listelerinizdeki görseller önbelleğe alınabilir. Kaydedilen TV ve listeleriniz geliştiriciye ait bir hesap hizmetine yüklenmez.
Sistem fotoğraf seçicisi yalnızca seçtiğiniz fotoğraf veya videoya erişim verir. Geniş fotoğraf/video kitaplığı izni istenmez. Ses kitaplığı izni yalnızca müzik taramak için istenir; reddedip tek dosya seçebilirsiniz.
Sınırlı bağlantı günlüğü bellekte tutulur; TV adları, yerel adresler ve protokol/hata ayrıntıları içerebilir. Yalnızca paylaşma eylemini ve hedefini siz seçerseniz gönderilir. Göndermeden önce metni inceleyin.

Yerel ağ ve medya aktarımı

Uygulama SSDP/mDNS gibi yerel ağ yöntemleriyle TV ve alıcıları bulur; HTTP, WebSocket ve cihaza özgü protokollerle iletişim kurar. Eşleştirme bilgileri ve kumanda komutları bağlandığınız TV’ye iletilir. Seçili bir dosyayı yayınladığınızda geçici bir yerel HTTP sunucusu dosyayı ağınızdaki alıcıya sunar. Alıcı medya ile başlık ve tür gibi bilgileri alır. Bu yerel protokollerin tümü şifreli değildir; güvenilir bir ağ kullanın. Bu akışta medya geliştiriciye ait bir medya depolama sunucusuna yüklenmez.

Google Cast, Google’ın Cast hizmetlerini ve seçtiğiniz alıcıyı kullanır. Ekran yansıtma telefonun sistem yayın ayarlarına devredilir; yakalama, alıcı seçimi ve ilgili izinler sistem tarafından yönetilir. Uygulama kamera veya mikrofon izni istemez.

İnternet bağlantıları ve dış hizmetler

IPTV oynatıcısı yalnızca sizin eklediğiniz liste ve yayın bağlantılarını kullanır; uygulama hazır kanal kataloğu sağlamaz. Oynatma, liste içe aktarma ve görsel indirme işlemleri verdiğiniz bağlantılara ve listelerinizdeki bağlantılara bağlanır. Bu sunucular IP adresi, istenen bağlantı, zaman ve HTTP/cihaz bilgileri gibi bağlantı verilerini alır; kendi saklama ve işleme kurallarını uygular. Liste bağlantıları giriş bilgisi içerebilir; herkese açık paylaşmayın. Verdiğiniz bağlantılar veya TV bağlantıları şifresiz HTTP kullanabilir. Geliştirici uygulama içi hesap veya bulut yedekleme hizmeti işletmez.

Reklamlar ve rıza

Google Mobile Ads (GMA Next-Gen SDK) ve gerektiğinde rıza için Google User Messaging Platform kullanılır. Google reklam hizmetleri IP adresi ve buradan çıkarılan yaklaşık konum, reklam kimliği/uygulama kümesi veya diğer cihaz/hesap tanımlayıcıları, uygulama/reklam etkileşimleri ve tanılama/performans bilgilerini toplayıp paylaşabilir. Bu veriler reklam, ölçüm/analiz ve sahtekârlığı önleme için kullanılır. SDK verileri TLS ile aktarılır; bu, tüm TV ve yayın bağlantılarının şifreli olduğu anlamına gelmez.

Gerekli olduğunda rıza seçenekleri gösterilir. Google gerektirdiğinde uygulamanın gizlilik ekranında reklam gizliliği seçenekleri bulunur. Android ayarlarından reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz. Etkin PRO erişimi reklamları kaldırır. Ayrı bir analiz SDK’sı yoktur; Google reklam SDK’sının ölçüm ve tanılama işlemleri sürer. Google Gizlilik Politikası ve Google reklam denetimleri ayrıntıları içerir.

Satın almalar

İsteğe bağlı abonelik ve ömür boyu satın alma Google Play Billing ile işlenir. Uygulama PRO erişimini belirlemek ve satın almayı onaylamak için ürün ayrıntılarını, satın alma durumunu, kimliklerini ve satın alma belirteci/imzasını sorgular. Kart bilgilerinizi veya Google şifrenizi almaz. Satın alma belirteçleri bağlantı günlüklerine veya uygulamanın kalıcı depolamasına yazılmaz. Google satın alma kayıtlarını kendi politikalarına göre saklar. Abonelikleri Google Play’den yönetebilirsiniz; uygulamayı kaldırmak aboneliği iptal etmez.

Android 13 ve üzerinde READ_MEDIA_AUDIO, Android 12 ve öncesinde READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: ses kitaplığını tarama. Fotoğraf/video seçimi geniş medya izni olmadan sistem seçicisiyle yapılır.
Temel telefon/ağ durumu: Google reklam SDK’sının eklediği normal izin. Reklam kimliği ve Google Play faturalandırma izinleri de ilgili SDK’lardan gelir.

Paylaşım, saklama ve silme

Veriler seçtiğiniz TV/alıcıya, kullanıcının seçtiği liste/yayın/görsel sunucularına, Google’ın reklam/rıza/Cast/Play hizmetlerine ve açıkça seçtiğiniz paylaşım hedefine aktarılır. Bağlantı günlükleri otomatik olarak geliştiriciye yüklenmez. Desteğe e-posta gönderirseniz verdiğiniz bilgileri talebinizi yanıtlamak için alırız.

Kaydedilen TV ve listeler uygulamada silinene veya uygulama verisi temizlenene/uygulama kaldırılana kadar kalır. Önbellek Android tarafından veya uygulama verisi temizlenerek silinebilir. Bellekteki bağlantı günlüğü uygulama işlemi sona erdiğinde kaybolur. Uygulama verilerinin Android bulut yedeği kapalıdır. Uygulama verisini silmek Google, içerik sunucuları, TV veya paylaşım alıcılarının kayıtlarını silmez; saklama sürelerini ilgili taraflar belirler. Geliştirici desteğine ilettiğiniz bilgilerin silinmesi için yukarıdaki e-posta adresine başvurabilirsiniz. Yazışmalar talebin çözümü ve geçerli yükümlülükler için gerektiği süreyle tutulur. Silinecek uygulama hesabı yoktur.

Yaş, değişiklikler ve iletişim

Uygulama 18 yaş ve üzerindeki yetişkinlere yöneliktir; çocuklara yönelik değildir. Uygulama değiştikçe politika güncellenebilir; yukarıdaki tarih güncel sürümü belirtir.
