Who we are

Cam Scanner (Android package com.damra.camscanner) is provided by Altuğ Nuri ASLANTAŞ. Contact: ofis2ateam@gmail.com. Last updated: 7 October 2026. The app is intended for adults aged 18 and above.

On-device documents and OCR

Camera captures, imported images and PDFs, page edits, OCR text, document names, folders, tags, signatures and editing history are stored in the app’s private device storage. OCR runs on the device using the bundled Google ML Kit text-recognition model. We do not automatically upload your document images or backups. There is no app account or automatic cloud synchronization. Device storage is not described as encrypted as a whole; exported password backups are encrypted separately.

Optional online AI

Only when you start a document-assistant operation, selected document/page OCR text, your question if present, the requested operation and device language are sent over HTTPS to aiservers.work. Document text may contain personal or sensitive information; do not submit material you are not authorized to share. The developer confirms that the AI model runs on its own server, with no onward transfer to an external AI model provider, and that document text, questions and responses are processed in memory and not retained after processing. Network services necessarily receive your IP address and connection metadata. The app downloads encrypted AI configuration from clearbytedev.com; configuration requests do not contain your documents. AI results are shown for copying and do not automatically replace your document.

Ads and consent

The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform. Google may collect and share IP address (including approximate location inferred from it), app/ad interactions, diagnostic and performance information and device/account identifiers such as advertising ID and app set ID for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Document contents and backups are not passed to the ad SDK by our app. Consent and privacy choices are shown when required; available ad privacy options can be reopened in the app. You can reset/delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Premium disables ads. Google’s retention and deletion practices follow its privacy policy; the developer cannot delete Google’s records directly.

Purchases

Google Play Billing handles Premium subscriptions and the lifetime purchase. We do not receive card numbers or bank details. Product identifiers, purchase status, signed purchase receipts/tokens and verification timestamps are used to restore and validate access. The app stores its receipt cache encrypted with an Android Keystore key and excludes it from document backups. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Permissions and user-selected sharing

Camera permission is requested for scanning; you can decline and still import existing files. Internet and network-state access support AI, ads and purchases. The advertising SDK may contribute advertising-ID, ad-services and network permissions to the merged manifest. Files are chosen through Android’s system file picker rather than unrestricted access to your photo library. Saving, sharing, printing or choosing a cloud-backed file provider sends data only to destinations you choose; those services have their own policies. No microphone, contacts, SMS or precise-location permission is declared by the app’s source manifest.

Retention and deletion

Local documents remain until you delete them or uninstall/clear app storage. Moving a document to Trash is reversible; use permanent deletion to remove it from the app library. Original images and edit history may retain pre-masking content until the document is permanently deleted. Exports in app cache are cleaned after seven days; user-saved exports and backups are separate and must be deleted from their chosen locations. Uninstalling or clearing storage removes app-local data, including any recovery copies. Export or back up needed documents first. Backup passwords are not stored by the app. For privacy/deletion requests and support, email ofis2ateam@gmail.com. AI content is not retained after processing, as described above.

Support, security and changes

If you email us, we receive your email address and the content you choose to send; use it only for responding and resolving your request, and you may request deletion. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents. App-controlled online AI/configuration connections use HTTPS; Google states its ad SDK uses TLS. Password backups use AES-256-GCM. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection. We may update this page when app behavior changes; the date above will change.

Cihazda belgeler ve OCR

Kamera görüntüleri, içe aktarılan görseller/PDF’ler, düzenlemeler, OCR metinleri, belge adları, klasörler, etiketler, imzalar ve işlem geçmişi uygulamanın özel cihaz alanında tutulur. Paketle gelen Google ML Kit modeliyle OCR cihazda çalışır. Belgeler ve yedekler otomatik yüklenmez. Uygulama hesabı veya otomatik bulut eşitleme yoktur. Tüm yerel depolamanın şifreli olduğu iddia edilmez; parolalı yedekler ayrıca şifrelenir.

İsteğe bağlı çevrimiçi AI

Belge asistanında işlemi başlattığınızda seçili belge/sayfanın OCR metni, varsa sorunuz, işlem türü ve cihaz dili HTTPS ile aiservers.work adresine gider. Metin kişisel veya hassas bilgi içerebilir; paylaşma yetkiniz olmayan bilgileri göndermeyin. Geliştirici, modelin kendi sunucusunda çalıştığını, başka bir AI model sağlayıcısına aktarım yapılmadığını ve belge metni/soru/yanıtın yalnız bellekte işlenip işlem sonunda saklanmadığını doğrulamıştır. Ağ hizmetleri IP adresini ve bağlantı bilgilerini alır. clearbytedev.com üzerinden şifreli AI yapılandırması indirilir; bu isteğe belgeler eklenmez. AI yanıtı belgeyi otomatik değiştirmez.

Reklamlar ve tercihler

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) ve Google User Messaging Platform kullanılır. Google; IP adresi ve buradan çıkarılan yaklaşık konum, uygulama/reklam etkileşimleri, tanılama/performans bilgileri, reklam kimliği ve uygulama kümesi kimliği gibi cihaz/hesap tanımlayıcılarını reklam, analiz ve sahtekârlık önleme amaçlarıyla toplayabilir ve paylaşabilir. Uygulamamız belge içeriği/yedekleri reklam SDK’sına vermez. Gerekli bölgelerde onay seçenekleri sunulur; mevcutsa uygulamadaki reklam gizlilik seçenekleri yeniden açılabilir. Reklam kimliğini Android ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir/silebilirsiniz. Premium reklamları kapatır. Google’ın saklama/silme koşulları kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

Satın alma

Premium aboneliklerini ve ömür boyu satın almayı Google Play Billing işler. Kart veya banka bilgilerinizi almayız. Ürün kimliği, satın alma durumu, imzalı makbuz/token ve doğrulama zamanı erişimi doğrulamak/geri yüklemek için kullanılır. Makbuz önbelleği Android Keystore anahtarıyla şifrelenir ve belge yedeğine girmez. Abonelikleri Google Play’den yönetin/iptal edin; uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.

İzinler ve paylaşım

Kamera izni tarama içindir; reddederek dosya içe aktarmaya devam edebilirsiniz. İnternet/ağ durumu AI, reklamlar ve satın alma için kullanılır. Reklam SDK’sı birleştirilmiş manifeste reklam kimliği, ad-services ve ağ izinleri ekleyebilir. Dosyalar Android sistem seçicisinden seçilir; bütün fotoğraf arşivine sınırsız erişim istenmez. Kaydetme, paylaşma, yazdırma veya bulut dosya sağlayıcısı seçimi veriyi seçtiğiniz hedefe iletebilir; hedefin kendi politikası geçerlidir. Kaynak manifestte mikrofon, kişiler, SMS veya kesin konum izni yoktur.

Saklama ve silme

Yerel belgeler siz silene veya uygulamayı kaldırıp verilerini temizleyene kadar tutulur. Çöp kutusuna taşıma geri alınabilir; kalıcı silme belgeyi kitaplıktan kaldırır. Maskeleme öncesi içerik orijinal görsel/düzenleme geçmişinde kalabilir. Uygulama çıktı önbelleği yedi gün sonra temizlenir; daha önce kaydettiğiniz/paylaştığınız dış dosyalar ve yedekler ilgili konumdan ayrıca silinmelidir. Uygulamayı kaldırmak/verisini temizlemek kurtarma kopyaları dâhil yerel uygulama verisini kaldırır. Önce gerekli belgelerinizi dışa aktarın/yedekleyin. Yedek parolası uygulamada saklanmaz. Destek, güvenlik ve güncellemeler

E-posta gönderdiğinizde adresinizi ve gönderdiğiniz içeriği alırız; talebinizi yanıtlamak ve çözmek amacıyla kullanırız, silme talep edebilirsiniz. Gereksiz hassas belge göndermeyin. Uygulamanın AI/yapılandırma bağlantıları HTTPS, Google reklam SDK’sı TLS kullanır. Parolalı yedekler AES-256-GCM ile şifrelenir. Mutlak güvenlik garantisi yoktur. Davranış değiştiğinde bu politika ve güncelleme tarihi yenilenir.
